The staff members Angie and Luz were outstanding! They were very courteous, efficient, and friendly. the hotel is situated in a great location with easy accessible routes to key landmarks. The rooms were cozy with comfortable mattresses and a pleasant ambiance.
The hotel seems to have a strict policy regarding closing the doors at night. Unfortunately, this caused inconvenience for guests who wanted to spend their New Year's Eve past 10 pm.

The hotel has a great staff, Angie and Luz were really helpful and welcoming. the location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to a highway, making it easy to get around. the room and bathroom were clean and had all the basic amenities needed. the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel lacked flexibility in terms of their curfew. Guests are required to be back by 10 pm or risk being locked out.

the location is conveniently located near major tourist attractions and transportation.
The doors of the hotel close at 10 pm, which can be quite inconvenient who may want to stay out later. the noise from the nearby highway can be heard from the rooms, which can be frustrating for light sleepers.

We had an amazing stay! Best aspects were the cleanliness, breakfast, staff, and location. The hotel was super clean, and we felt safe staying here. The breakfast served was delicious and there was a great variety of food to choose from. The staff was friendly and cute, making our stay even better. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to transportation and parking.
No complaints. This city was so nice and we highly recommend staying at this hotel.
